Aldo
By Reg Brittain
Walk into just about any mall (well, any mall that is not run down) in the United States, and you will find an Aldo. What do they sell at Aldo? In a word – shoes. I recall the first time I found an Aldo in a mall it was the late '90s. I had honestly never heard of them. Inside, they sold a range of dressy-casual to dress shoes. Nothing was too expensive, and nothing was too casual. The same is true of their store locations today.

Do You Go Aldo?
See results without votingOn their website at AldoShoes.com, you
can see that Aldo sells quite a bit of types of shoes.
What you should not expect to find there are the shoes you will wear
to the gym, or out hiking, or whatever. Aldo's shoes can take you
down the avenue and into the office, or for a snappy night out.
Nothing too casual, here.
Among their styles available for ladies
are wedges, brogues, flats, career, platforms, and peep-toe.
For the guys, Aldo offers lace-ups,
loafers, casual top-side type shoes, and sneakers, but again, not the
kind you would wear to the gym.
To accessorize your Aldo shoes, you can
also find bags, wallets, and totes at Aldo.
All in all, they offer prices that are
not too scary. (Aldo sells its own brand of shoes.) Indeed, you can
get dressy shoes from them for but $50.
If you find that Aldo offers your style, I think you can shop with them and leave with a smile.
